Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi CZF 145 W Refrigerator up and running in no time.
Before using the refrigerator, remove all securing tapes to ensure that no parts are restricted during operation.
Wash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water) to ensure cleanliness before use. Avoid using soap or detergent as it may leave an odor.
Locate the appliance in a cool, well-ventilated room. Ensure that air openings are not obstructed and that the back of the appliance is close to but not touching the wall. Avoid placing near heat sources like cookers, radiators, or in direct sunlight.
Ensure that the appliance is plugged into an appropriate electrical outlet. Make sure the plug remains easily accessible after installation to disconnect the appliance when necessary.
Set the temperature using the thermostat control. There are 6 positions, with 1 being the minimum coldness and 6 being the maximum. An intermediate setting of 3-4 is usually recommended for normal use.
Allow the appliance to run for at least two hours on the coldest setting before placing any products inside. This ensures that the appliance reaches the desired temperature for optimal food storage.
After installation, leave the appliance for 2 hours before turning it on to allow the refrigerant to settle properly.
